Large item local delivery (within 25 miles of Deeside)
For larger or bulky items such as garden furniture and appliances, we offer local delivery within 25 miles of Deeside:
Up to 5 miles: £20
5–10 miles: £30
10–20 miles: £35
20–25 miles: £40
Returns
UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Let us know within that window and you'll then have a further 14 days to return the item to us, unused and in its original packaging where possible, along with proof of purchase.
Once we've received and approved your return, refunds go back to your original payment method automatically. As stock is sourced through overstock and returns, some items may be sold as final sale where stated on the product page — these are excluded from the return window above.
